Deze nacht van vrijdag op zaterdag 28 op vrijdag 29 maart en tot zaterdagavond waait het weer zo hard dat we niet veel kunnen doen (NO 8-9). Pas 's avondsds zakt de wind weer en doen we een CTD opname om 16:35 UTC op 58.37.72N-9.49.97W. Voordat we bij de rand van het continentale plat zijn, om 19:30 UTC zien we een dikke laag blauwe wijting op het echogram. We vissen hierop en vangen een kleine 3 ton blauwe wijting. In deze trek zitten zowel grotere als kleinere exemplaren.
